Twenty-first Star Chapter NSDAR October Meeting 2015

The Twenty-first Star Chapter of the National Society of the DAR will hold a meeting on Saturday, October 10 at the Park Ridge Country Club.

The Twenty-first Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hold a meeting on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at the Park Ridge Country Club, 636 N. Prospect Avenue in Park Ridge at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will be served at 12:00 p.m. with a meeting and program to follow. Hostesses for the day are: Ronda Lang, Linda Andrews, Sharon Bollinger, and Gene Andersen, Chairman. Chapter Regent, Gail Enault, is pleased to have a representative of the Mitchel Museum present a program entitled, "Indian Haute Couture". The Mitchell Museum of the American Indian is located in Evanston, Illinois. It is one of a few national museums that focuses on the history, culture and arts of the American Indian. Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal decent from a patriot of the American Revolution, is eligible for membership. The DAR recognizes "Patriots: as not only soldiers but also anyone who contributed to the cause of American freedom."
