Vanille Teams Up with The Anti-Cruelty Society for National Pet Appreciation Day

Vanille to donate 100% of Puparon sales on June 7 to The Anti-Cruelty Society

Vanille, Chicago’s wildly-popular French patisserie, has been tempting taste buds with its legendary macarons for years, but the recent introduction of Puparons, French-style macaron made specially for man’s best friend, has four-legged fans flocking to its three Chicago locations. In honor of National Pet Appreciation Day, on Tuesday, June 7, Vanille will donate 100% of all Puparon sales to The Anti-Cruelty Society, 157 West Grand Ave., Chicago, IL 60654.

Vanille’s Puparons are made using peanut butter, egg whites, honey and other dog-safe ingredients. They are available in two sizes: small and large. Small Puparons cost $2.50 for a two-piece package, and $4.50 for a four-piece. The large Puparons are $2.00 each or $7.00 for four. Puparons are available at all three of Vanille’s Chicago locations in Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Chicago’s French Market, and will soon be available for nationwide shipping from Vanille’s newly launched online boutique at vanillepatisserie.com.

“I have always loved dogs and being able to partner with such a great organization for National Pet Appreciation Day is something I am honored to be a part of,” said Vanille Owner and President Sophie Evanoff.
