Wille Road in Des Plaines to Close Monday for Long-Term Improvements

A portion of Wille Road in Des Plaines is scheduled to close beginning Monday, Oct. 20, until the end of 2015 to reconstruct pavement to better align with the new Elmhurst Road Interchange on I-90. Construction signs will be put in place to alert drivers in advance of the closure and detour. Wille Road will be closed east of Elmhurst Road to reconstruct the pavement and install new culverts. Detour signs will be put in place directing traffic to use Oakton Street and Mount Prospect Road to reach Wille Road. The closure will remain in place through the end of 2015.
