Writing a 'W' in Your Player's Lacrosse Experience
Because lacrosse and life isn't all about making money or writing another "W" in your scorebook.

Your lacrosse experience is about development. It’s about fundamentals. It’s about having fun. It’s about learning to play the game. It’s about loving the game. It’s about getting the right kind of coaching. The type of coaching that will teach both lacrosse and life lessons. The type of coaching that will teach stickwork and integrity side-by-side. The type of coaching that places emphasis on the athletes’ progression rather than their stats. The type of coaching that will stay with an athlete for life, inspire them to succeed, and instill in them the kind of positive energy that will continue to inspire those who cross their paths. You need genuinely good people to teach your kids how to play the game and, more importantly, how to respect the game.
That’s why we’re here.
We know that Youth Lacrosse is a time of growth. It’s a time when players are really starting to learn and to love the game. We know that this time is the most crucial time to instill those core values of integrity, sportsmanship, teamwork, and drive. Most importantly, we know that you need the right kind of people to do it, which is why we have assembled a team of born leaders, fundamentals experts, example setters, and positive role models to lead our Spring League teams. They’ve developed an extensive curriculum that teaches the fundamentals on the field along with responsibility & accountability off the field in the form of weekly homework assignments.

We also know that a holistic and genuine lacrosse experience is fueled mostly by love. Love for the game, love for the hard work, and love for the next generation. That’s why we encourage parents to get involved in their son’s experience, to see through their eyes, and to encourage their development. Volunteer Coaches are needed at all levels to make this happen. You’ll be working with the Spring League Directors, learning the ins and outs of the game, and spreading your knowledge to young, eager minds throughout the duration of the Spring League Season.
