Seeking independent house cleaners and small crews, Peoria area (subcontract, paid 70% per job)

Wrenly Home is a new home cleaning service in the Peoria area (a brand of King Holdings Ventures LLC, Chillicothe, IL). We find and book the customers and collect payment. We are looking for independent house cleaners and small cleaning crews to do the cleans as subcontractors (1099 contract work, not employment).

Pay: a fixed 70% of each job's list price, paid after each completed job. Examples: a 3-bedroom every-2-weeks clean lists at $179, you get $125. A 3-bedroom deep clean lists at $269, you get $188. A 3-bedroom move-out clean lists at $369, you get $258.

You keep your own business, customers, supplies and methods. You choose which jobs, days and towns you accept (Peoria, Peoria Heights, East Peoria, Dunlap, Morton, Washington, Germantown Hills, Metamora, Chillicothe, Pekin, Glasford). We handle marketing, booking, billing and customer messages.

To be upfront: we are a new business, so the number of jobs is starting small and is not guaranteed.

What we ask for: reviews from real customers (or similar proof of experience), one reference, a certificate of general liability insurance, a W-9, a short subcontractor agreement, and one paid trial job.
