37 D202 Middle Schoolers Head To ILMEA Festival

PLAINFIELD, IL — Thirty-seven middle schoolers from Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 were tapped to participate in the 2024 Illinois Music Education Association District 9 Honor Band and Honor Choir, officials announced.

The middle school museums auditioned for the prestigious regional event, happening Nov. 16 at Streamwood High School. The students will participate in a day-long rehearsal before performing in the festival.
