Bob William, MD, a board certified family practice physician, has joined Edward Medical Group (EMG) in the new Edward Healthcare Center, 16519 S. Route 59 in Plainfield. Dr. William is currently accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, call (630) 646-5020.
EMG is the primary care practice of Edward Hospital and has more than 40 board certified family practice and internal medicine physicians who treat patients of all ages.
Dr. William received his medical degree from the Windsor School of Medicine, West Indies and his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital.

Dr. William’s areas of interest include management of acute and chronic illnesses by treating, preventing, educating and empowering the patient. He has been heavily involved in outreach activities, including medical missions to Honduras, Africa, and India as well as providing medical relief to victims of Hurricane Katrina.
