Type of business: Insurance agency

Q: How long have you been in this line of work?

A: “I have been in the financial services industry for 10 years, with the opening of my own agency in July of 2011”

Q: Why should customers choose you for their insurance needs?

A: “Everything we do is customer focused. We sell a product that consumers don’t want to think about, they just want to know it is there and that they are covered if anything were to happen to their families. We embrace this role and further it by not only providing them exceptional customer service but also reviewing their policies annually and also teaching them about what they are purchasing.”

Q: Why did you open your business in Plainfield?

A: "My staff and I are residents and want to not only provide a great product to the village but also become very active in the community. Our goal is to be actively involved and engaged in the community that we take so much pride in being a part of."

Q: What's the one service people in Plainfield might not know about Allstate?

A: "There has been a very large marketing campaign put forth in the past month about the new Allstate claim satisfaction guarantee. This is a standard coverage on every auto policy that Allstate has had in effect in the state of Illinois, and to put it in simple terms, if you have an auto claim and are not satisfied with the claims experience, you can be refunded your six-month-premium, no questions asked. It is proof that we are not afraid to stand behind out service."

Q: Who are your biggest clients either as a company or personally? And what makes them special?

A: "All of our clients are treated the same regardless of the amount of premium they bring into the agency. We treat everyone with the same exceptional customer service and friendly smile every time they stop in or call the office."

Q: What types of insurance are most important for people in Plainfield?

A: "Plainfield is no different than any other village or city in the state of Illinois. Home, auto and life insurance are the three main things that every person should have. The state requires auto insurance, most banks require that you have homeowners insurance, and life insurance should be a requirement for every person to ensure that their family is taken care of in the event something happens to a member of their family."

Q: Anything else we should know about your company?

A: "We are a new agency with the goal of being the premier provider of insurance to the Plainfield community. We will do everything in or power to make every interaction with our agency positive and productive. Part of this is being involved in things like the Watch D.O.G.S. program in the school district and being part of the ambassador program with the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce. I am personally responsible for trying to get the Watch D.O.G.S. program implemented in all of the schools in Plainfield School District 202. I touch base with the administration of each school and help work through the implementation of the program. I am the guy who gets up in front of the dads at kickoff events and gives a speech as to why this is a win for the school, kids as well as the dads. It is a great program that I am passionate about and love being involved with."
