Five Candidates Running for Plainfield Library Board

All four incumbents are seeking re-election to the Plainfield Library District Board of Trustees, but a newcomer has thrown her hat into the ring.

According to the library district, the following candidates have filed petitions for the April 4 consolidated election (asterisk denotes incumbents):

• Jason Puetz*
• Vicki Knight*
• Patricia Miller*
• Ryan Gilles
• Lisa Schmidt*

The library district has also placed a building bond and operating rate referendum on the ballot.

Library trustees serve four-year terms.
