Former Lincoln Elementary Assistant Principal Returns To Lead School
Debra Coberley worked as the assistant principal of Lincoln Elementary School from 2014 to 2017.

PLAINFIELD, IL — A former Lincoln Elementary School assistant principal was tapped as its next principal, officials announced.
The Plainfield School District 202 Board of Education approved Debra Coberley for the role at its Jan. 24 regular meeting.
Coberley worked as the school's assistant principal from 2014 to 2017, the year she took over as principal of Wesmere Elementary School. In total, the administrator has 22 years of experience with District 202.

In her career, she has served as a teacher, differentiation specialist and, most recently, reading specialist.
"These diverse roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape and have prepared me to effectively lead and support the Lincoln Elementary community," Coberley said in a statement.
