It's a Slam Dunk! Youth Basketball Leagues now forming at the Plainfield Park District!

Seize the day and join Plainfield Park District Youth Basketball Program! Practices begin December 7 and games begin January 9. Due to the popularity of this program and limited gym space, placement on a team is not guaranteed. Siblings may be placed on the same team upon request. Requests for friends/neighbors to be placed on the same team may not be honored.

Price varies on age groups starting around $115. Practice is one night during the week and games are on Saturdays. Players will be provided a game T-shirt or jersey and participation trophy. All practice games are held in PSD 202 facilities and are subject to school schedules.

Volunteer Coaches Needed! Any adult interested in coaching a Plainfield Park District youth basketball team must complete a Volunteer Application and Background Check Form prior to being considered a coach. Upon successful completion of the Volunteer Application, all coaches must attend a coaches’ meeting, date and time to be provide by recreation staff coordinator.
