The Naperville Polo Club development would be located on the north side of 119th Street, west of Book Road, and developer D.R. Horton is looking to annex the property into Naperville.
The project would be a mix of 95 single-family detached homes, 315 single-family attached homes and 309 apartments on the 110-acre property in currently unincorporated Naperville. According to the Wheatland Township Road District, students who live in the area would attend Plainfield schools.
