He led the Wildcats to a strong season, earned national recognition, and now plays at Bowling Green while continuing extensive volunteer work in the community.

Bill Otis remains in effect as he enters his 10th month on paid administrative leave, with a new court status hearing set for Oct. 7. Joliet officials say charging decisions rest with the Will County State's Attorney and an outside investigation, with no timeline yet for his possible return to duty.
