Plainfield Man Fails To Update Sex Offender Registry: Police
In 2018, the now-24-year-old man faced criminal sexual abuse charges stemming from an alleged relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

PLAINFIELD, IL — After conducting a traffic stop, Plainfield police arrested a man after learning he failed to properly register an updated address on the sex offender registry, officials said.
At about 9:56 a.m. Monday, officers pulled over a 2012 Honda Accord near the intersection of 143rd Street and Van Dyke Road due to loud exhaust and failure to use a turn signal, police told Patch.
The driver, 24-year-old Geovanni A. Stolzenbach, was driving the sedan on a suspended license, police said. When officers followed up further, they learned he failed to properly register updated information.
