The program allows residents to schedule an appointment to have the materials safely collected from their home.

At Your Door is a convenient home collection service to help residents safely dispose of home generated special materials, according to a joint press release.

An additional service to the Village’s regular recycling and garbage collection service, Waste Management’s At Your Door's service provides a safe and easy alternative for removing unwanted household materials, such as electronics, garden chemicals, household cleaners, CFLs, automotive products, batteries and paint products that are potentially hazardous to people, pets and the environment, according to the release. The program allows residents to schedule an appointment to have the materials safely collected from their home by the At Your Door Special Collection staff.

The cost is $1.15 per month for residents.
