Repairs Underway On Lockport Street Bridge Over DuPage River

All lanes are expected to reopen later in the afternoon Wednesday, officials said.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Repairs are underway Wednesday on the Lockport Street bridge over the DuPage River, officials said.

Crews from the Illinois Department of Transportation are making pavement repairs on the south lanes of the bridge.

Traffic will be flagged in each direction on Lockport Street between Main Street and Wood Farm Road. All lanes are expected to be open to traffic by 4 p.m., police said in an alert Wednesday morning.
