'Soul Surfer' Crests the Redbox Rental Wave
The true life story of a professional surfer who went back to the sport after losing her arm in a shark attack was the No. 1 DVD rental last week.
Soul Surfer, which tells the story of professional surfer Bethany Hamilton who lost her arm to a shark but found the strength to resume the surfing, is the no. 1 Redbox movie rental in Plainfield this week. It stars AnnaSophie Robb, Dennis Quaid and Helen Hunt.
It's a bit of a change of pace from the last two weeks, during which Source Code and Unknown were the biggest draws. Maybe parents are trying to give their kids a little inspiration before they head back to school?
