Prosecutors allege that the 51-year-old tech CEO shot Nate Fox to death outside his Bloomingdale home on Dec. 22 because he believed Fox to be a romantic rival.

Fox, 37, was a 1995 Plainfield High School graduate and former pro basketball player in Europe. He was engaged to be married at the time of his death, WLS reported.

Last week, prosecutors alleged that Keller believed Fox was having an affair with a woman that Keller was “emotionally involved with.” Authorities said the woman worked with Fox, but was not involved with him.

Prosecutors allege it was a “made-up love triangle” that drove Keller to stalk and ultimately shoot Fox to death, according to WLS.

Defense attorney Paul DeLuca on Wednesday told WLS he and his client are “denying everything,” but said he has not seen the prosecution’s evidence yet.

Keller is behind held without bond, but DeLuca told the station he may ask the judge to reconsider.
