Undefeated Plainfield Basketball Team Takes on Teachers for Charity
JFK eighth-graders will square off against staff this Friday to benefit various causes.

The John F. Kennedy Middle School eighth grade boys basketball team - which has not lost a game in two years -- will square off in a special game against some of their teachers and school administrators at 3:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the school, 12350 S. Essington Road, Plainfield.
This event is open to the community. Admission is $3, and proceeds will benefit various charities that JFK supports, including the Shop With A Cop program.
The evening will also include raffles, dunk tanks, music and food. The JFK band, choir and cheerleaders will also perform throughout the evening.
