Notice to Disadvantaged Business (DBE) Contractors

Visu-Sewer of Missouri, LLC; 7895 St. Clair Avenue; E. St. Louis, IL 62203; Telephone (618) 397-9840 is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the Village of Roanoke, IL Sanitary Sewer Lining Improvements for subcontracting in the following areas: Sewer Cleaning, CCTV, and disposal of debris removed.

All disadvantaged businesses should contact, IN WRITING, (certified letter, return receipt requested), James Bohn to discuss subcontracting opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to bid opening 10/21/2026.

Proposals will be evaluated by competitive bid along with experience in performing the subcontracting scope(s) of work proposed.
