• Rochelle Council Awards Contract for Sidewalk and Path Improvements - 102.3 The Coyote (1023thecoyote.net) — Rochelle’s 2026 sidewalk and pedestrian path upgrades are moving forward after the city council awarded contracts to TCI Concrete Inc. The work will add and replace sidewalks, ramps, and crossings around town, including a new path by the golf course and a crossing near Casey’s, with substantial completion expected by late October 2026.
