• Rockford man accused of attacking someone with hatchet in Missouri (wifr.com) — A man identified as a Rockford resident is jailed in Boone County, Missouri, after deputies say he admitted attacking another man with a hatchet along a rural road. The victim, later found bleeding on private property, was hospitalized in stable condition while the Rockford man faces serious assault and robbery charges pending a court appearance.
