150 Seasonal Jobs Coming To Romeoville

ROMEOVILLE, IL — To help online retailers with increased demand during the holidays, Radial says it will hire 150 seasonal workers for its Romeoville fulfillment center, 715 Theodore Court. "As eCommerce grows and expectations around delivery evolves, job opportunities in fulfillment centers have expanded dramatically as warehouse operations can have a direct impact on the consumer experience," the company said in a news release.

Seasonal hires will join the more than 2,950 regular, full-time employees at Radial’s 20 fulfillment centers across the country to help pack and ship customers’ holiday orders, the company said, adding that there will be an opportunity for some seasonal positions to turn into full-time positions.

"At the fulfillment center in Romeoville, seasonal hires will have the chance to work with some of the world’s favorite brands and retailers," Radial said.

“With a recent study from Radial finding 34 percent of U.S. shoppers expect to receive their packages in two days or less, our team of fulfillment associates work behind the scenes to ensure every order runs seamlessly,” said Sean McCartney, executive vice president, operations services, at Radial. “We’re thrilled to be creating so many additional jobs in Will County and are excited to welcome back the seasonal workers who return each year.
