Jan. 2

Juan Diaz, 21, of the 1300 block of N. Raynor in Joliet, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment, speeding and no insurance. The arrest occurred at Route 53 south of Taylor Rd.

Darin Joiner, an 18-year-old homeless man, was charged with possession of cannabis. The arrest occurred at Route 53 south of Taylor Rd.

Jan. 4

Timothy Coffman, 26, of the 200 block of Linden in Romeoville, was charged with driving under the influence. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of S. Weber Rd.

Jan. 6

Nicholas Deyo, 21, of the 1900 block of Lake Shore Dr. in Romeoville, was charged with no insurance, possession of cannabis, failure to signal and disregarding a stop sign. The arrest occurred at Lake Shore and Edgewater Dr.

Jan. 8

Raul Alvarez, 28, of the 400 block of Crane St. in Aurora, was charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance, improper display of registration and no front plate. The arrest occurred at Weber Rd. and Normantown.

Jan. 11

Artis Culverson, 22, of the 300 block of Zinnia, was charged with driving while license suspended and driving too fast for conditions. The arrest occurred in the 1700 block of Sierra Tr.

Gregorio Flores, 34, of the 4600 block of S. Sacramento in Chicago, was charged with no valid driver’s license and driving too fast for conditions. The arrest occurred on Route 53 north of Route 7.

Jan. 13

Sean Bitto, 31, of the 700 block of Dexter, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of S. Weber Rd.

Nicole Bosi, 31, of the 8700 block of W. 73rd Pl. in Justice, was charged with retail theft and criminal trespass to property. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of S. Weber Rd.

A retail theft was reported in the 400 block of North Weber Road. Someone took a bottle of liquor valued at $38.99 from the business.

Jan. 14

Ketan Mehta, 26, of the 400 block of Yorkshire Sq. in Bolingbrook, was charged with unlawful use of a credit card. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of Romeo Rd.

Joshua Johnson, 40, of the 700 block of S. Zachary, was charged with driving while license restricted, failure to reduce speed and failure to give information. The arrest occurred at Weber Rd. near Taylor Rd.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of S. Weber Rd.

Jan. 15

Maribel Barrios, 24, of the 700 block of Rogers, was charged with driving under the influence, criminal damage to property, reckless driving and expired registration. The arrest occurred in the 1900 block of Westridge.

A theft over $500 was reported in the 1400 block of Enterprise. Someone took a chassis and container from the parking lot of the business. Total value of the items taken is $15,000.00.

A theft over $500 was reported in the 700 block of Theodore Court. Someone took four trailers from the parking lot of the business. Total value of the items taken is $40,000.00.

Jan. 18

Vanessa Morales-Perez, 19, of the 1200 block of Cora in Joliet, was charged with no valid driver’s license, speeding and expired registration. The arrest occurred at Route 53 north Renwick Rd.

Jan. 19

A theft over $500 was reported in the 1200 block of Naperville Drive. Someone took a railcar chassis and container from the parking lot of the business. Total value of the items taken is $10,000.00.
