Billy C. Martin, 31, of 317 Richmond, was arrested June 19 by Romeoville police on a charge of theft under $500.
Andrew J. Arriola, 23, of 726 Geneva, was arrested June 24 by Romeoville police on charges of aggravated DUI, driving on a revoked or suspended license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
