Alleged Meth Cook Arrested by Plainfield Police
The 34-year-old man has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Police learned a Plainfield man had been making meth in his home when they executed a search warrant for a residence in the 24100 block of West Lockport Street.

Police found numerous hypodermic needles, heroin and cannabis during the search, according to a release from the Plainfield Police Department. While interviewing suspects, police learned the offender had previously been making meth inside of the home, but stopped within the past week.

Frank P. Burrus, 34, of the 24100 block of West Lockport Street, was arrested and charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.
The arrest came as a result of a group effort between the Plainfield Police Department, the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Illinois State Police.
