'Book And Beer' Discussion At White Oak Library
Have a snack and enjoy a beer while having a low-key book discussion.

From the White Oak Library District: The White Oak Library District is pleased to present “Books and Beer Book Discussion” at its Romeoville Branch Library at 201 W. Normantown Road. It meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm. The next meeting is May 8, 2018.
Have a snack and enjoy a beer while having a low-key book discussion. You must be at least 21 to participate. On May 8 we will be talking about A Backpack, a Bear, and Eight Crates of Vodka by Lev Golinkin. A well-written and often humorous account by Lev Golinkin about his family's indirect emigration to the US as Soviet Jews, their experiences as refugees, and Lev's personal struggle with identity.

Copies of the book will be available after May 7 at the Romeoville Branch Library’s Adult Services Desk.
