Cannabis Arrest Made At 4:20: Romeoville PD

Wesley Stamper, 18, of the 15200 block of Thomas Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. June 15 in the area of Airport Road and Richfield Trail on charges of delivering cannabis, aggravated fleeing and eluding, speeding and possession of cannabis.

Melissa Rodriguez, 28, of the 100 block of Highpoint Drive, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. June 20 near Weber and I-55 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, illegal transportation of alcohol, speeding, no seat belt and following too closely.

Terri Phillips, 47, of the 3600 block of Mall Loop Drive, Joliet, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. June 23 in the area of Weber and Taylor roads on possession of a controlled substance, no insurance and improper lighting.
