Chalk It Up With A Cop Planned In Romeoville
The free, all-ages event will welcome all artists to create a masterpiece in front of the police department with sidewalk chalk.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Police Department will hold Chalk It Up with a Cop on Sept. 16. The free, all-ages event will welcome all artists to create a masterpiece in front of the police department with sidewalk chalk, according to the Village.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, and there is one sidewalk square per artist. An award ceremony will be held at noon.
You must register for the event, and spaces are limited. There will be four winners from each age group (ages 4-6, ages 7-9, ages 10-14, and ages 15 and up), according to the Village.
