Incidents occurred between Nov. 13 and Nov. 23.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
Nov. 13
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed.

Nov. 15
A criminal damage to property was reported in the 400 block of Garland. A car door frame and window were damaged when someone threw a rock at the vehicle that was parked in the street. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $300.

Nov. 16
A burglary to motor vehicle was reported in the 0-100 block of Phelps. Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a purse from the vehicle.
Nov. 17
Two teens, ages 15 and 17, were arrested for retail theft in the 400 block of South Weber Rd.
Nov. 18
A burglary to motor vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of Marquette Drive. Someone entered the unlocked vehicle and took a computer and a GPS with a total estimated value of $1,450.
Nov. 19
Vanessa Perry, a 41-year-old homeless woman, was charged with battery in the area of the 300 block of S. Innovation.
A theft over $500 was reported in the 1400 block of Enterprise Drive. A container and chassis were taken from the business parking lot by someone. Total estimated value of the items is $13,000.
Nov. 21
Two 16-year-old teens were arrested for curfew violation in the 0-100 block of S. Weber Rd.
Byron Harrell, 45, of the 300 block of Murphy Dr. in Romeoville, was charged with retail theft in the 300 block of N. Independence.
Nov. 23
A criminal defacement of property was reported in the 700 block of South Shannon Drive. Someone used marker to deface playground equipment. Estimated cost to remove the damage is $100.
