Developer to Build in Romeoville's Stone Bluff Subdivision
Builder gets OK to develop 167 residential lots in what will be renamed the Renwick Place subdivision.
The Village of Romeoville has entered into a development agreement with William Ryan Homes, Inc. to develop 167 residential lots within the former Stone Bluff subdivision.
Featuring homes up to 3,200 square feet, the subdivision will now be called Renwick Place.
“This is one of the last unfinished subdivisions in our community,” said Mayor John Noak. “We are very excited to have William Ryan Homes coming in,” Noak added.
