ROMEOVILLE, IL — The following information is from the Romeoville Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Jan. 27

Agnes Leja, 35, of Romeoville, was charged with possession of controlled substance at 6:17 p.m. in the 0-100 block of Weber Road. She was taken to Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Jan. 28

Joshua Jones, 30, of Joliet, was charged with disobeying a traffic control signal, DUI, driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of adult use cannabis at 7:30 p.m. at Route 53 and University and Drive.

Jan. 31

Abel Gonzalez Galindo, 48, of Bolingbrook, was charged with only one tail light, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and DUI at 1:26 a.m. at Route 53 and Alexander Circle.

Feb. 2

Antonio Allen, 38, of Chicago, was charged with driving in the wrong lane, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver's license and DUI at 11:27 p.m. at Weber and Romeo roads.
