The FBI is not accusing the man dubbed John Doe 29 of abusing the girl, but investigators are hoping to interview him about the location of the victim. The ultimate goal is to rescue the child, the FBI said.

It is not known if the photos recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children were taken in the United States or another country.

John Doe 29 is described as a male with a tan complexion and dark hair, and between the ages of 30 to 45. Additional enhanced images show John Doe 29 wearing a silver ring on his left ring finger.

Another photo shows another hand lighter in complexion where the ring is on a different finger. Investigators believe that is the offender’s hand.

In other images, John Doe 29 is seen wearing a white, black and red shirt with what appears to be a design and/or writing on the sleeves.

The young child victim is also seen wearing blue and white Velcro Nike-brand tennis shoes, and the background where the images were taken. The FBI fears that the sexual abuse of the child is still taking place.

John Doe 29 is being sought as part of the FBI’s Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program, which partners with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on using clues obtained through in-depth image analysis to identify children depicted in child exploitation material.
