Residents, clubs, organizations, and businesses are invited to participate. Application forms are available online and should be completed as soon as possible, the village said. Confirmations will be emailed to parade entries by Sept. 5.

Awards will be given for the following categories: Best Non-Professional Float, Most Decorated Vehicle, Mayor’s Choice, Best Theme, Best Overall Band, and Judge’s Choice. Entries will be judged on originality and compliance to the chosen theme. Awards will be announced at the Village Board Meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
