Gunshots Heard On Tallman Avenue In Romeoville: Police
Officers checked the area at 2:32 a.m. Monday after residents reported 5-7 gunshots, and found seven spent shell casings, police said.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — The sound of gunshots was reported early Monday in the 200 block of Tallman, according to Romeoville Police.
Romeoville officers checked the area at 2:32 a.m. Monday, after residents reported five to seven gunshots. Officers found seven spent shell casings in the road, police said.
Officers then conducted an expanding canvass, and there were no indications the shots were fired at a person or a home. There was no damage reported and no one reported being fired upon, police said.

This is the second recent shots fired incident on Tallman; a similar incident happened on Dec. 11, police said.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance from the area and anyone with information should contact the Romeoville Investigations unit at 815-886-7219.
