iPhone, Wallet Stolen From Customer's Carts: Romeoville Cops

Oct. 8: A retail theft was reported in the 600 block of North Independence. An unknown person took a bottle of liquor valued at $25 from the business.

Oct. 9: A theft over $500 was reported in the 400 block of South Weber Road. Unknown person(s) took an iPhone valued at $800 from a customer’s shopping cart.

Oct. 9: A theft over $500 was reported in the 400 block of South Weber Road. Unknown person(s) took a wallet containing $600 from a customer’s shopping cart.

Oct. 9: A retail theft was reported in the 300 block of North Independence. An unknown person took two cans of an alcoholic beverage valued at $5.98 from the business.

Oct. 11: A criminal damage/criminal trespass to property was reported in the 300 block of Emery. Unknown person(s) entered a residence that is under construction and damaged drywall, a door and a door frame.

Oct. 14: A retail theft was reported in the 200 block of South Weber Road. An unknown person took three pairs of running shoes with a total value of $187.49 from the business.
