More Car Burglaries, Stolen Vehicle Parts, TV: Romeoville Blotter

April 23: An unknown person damaged the door handle on a parked vehicle in the 200 block of Highpoint Drive, causing $100 in damage.

April 23: A TV and soundbar worth a total of $1,649.99 were stolen from a home in the 200 block of Hemlock.

April 24: Vehicle burglaries were reported in the 400 and 500 blocks of Anna Lane, 1600 block of Fiddyment, 400 block of Stonebrook, 400 block of Melissa, 500 block of Susan and 400 block of Rachel. Someone rummaged through some vehicles and took nothing. In other cases, coins, sunglasses and a house key were taken.

April 25: Someone stole a package containing a cell phone worth $800 from a home in the 500 block of Gainsborough.

April 25: A hitch cover worth $300 was stolen off a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 1600 block of William Drive.
