New Development To Bring 18,000 Square Feet Of Retail To Romeoville
The 11-unit building will be constructed behind Walgreens near the corner of Magnolia Drive and North Carillon Drive, officials said.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — An 11-unit development will bring 18,000 square feet of retail space to Romeoville, officials said Friday.
The new development will be constructed off Weber Road, behind Walgreens near the corner of Magnolia Drive and North Carillon Drive.
The proposal calls for 100 parking spaces and a drive-thru. Village officials said construction is expected to begin in the summer.

"Weber Road is going to be a flurry of activity this summer and it is exciting to see so many businesses and developers investing in Romeoville," Mayor John Noak said in a statement.
