No One Injured After Car Hits Starbucks Building, Patio: Cops

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A vehicle struck patio equipment, a fence and the building at Starbucks, 377 S. Weber Road, on Wednesday morning, Romeoville Police said.

The woman was parking in the handicap space near the Starbucks, when she hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, police said.

The woman was not injured, and no pedestrians were struck by the vehicle, according to police.

Police said no citations will be issued in the accident, as it was a private property crash and there was no indication of impairment.
