Photo: Romeoville Student Wins Gold in Skating Competition

Romeoville High School sophomore Paige Rydberg took home the Junior Ladies division Gold Medal at the Broadmoor Figure Skating Open in Colorado Springs last week. The 15-year-old Olympic hopeful finished second in the Novice Division at the U.S. championships a year ago and was eighth in the Junior Division at the U.S. Championships earlier this year.
