Jan. 27

Michael Parker, 27, of the 700 block of Yates, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and an in-state warrant. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of Yates.

John O’Brien, 34, of the 2000 block of Tuscany Ln., was charged with disorderly conduct. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of S. Budler Rd.

Jan. 28

Leon Patterson, 19, of the 1500 block of Diplomat Ln. in Ford Heights, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of S. Weber Rd.

Jan. 29

Mitchell Wilbanks, 24, of the 300 block of Ruby in Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended, an in-state warrant, no insurance, disobeying a traffic signal and no front registration. The arrest occurred at Route 53 and Normantown.

Feb. 1

Shawona Knight, 38, of the 13600 block of S. Katy Ct. in Plainfield, was charged with driving while license suspended, expired registration, use of cell phone and an in-state warrant. The arrest occurred at Normantown and Weber Rd.

Daniel Serrano, 24, of the 7400 block of S. Banks in Justice, was picked up on an in-state warrant. The arrest occurred in the 0-100 block of Kempton Dr.

Feb. 2

Jamel Howard, 28, of the 300 block of Whitewater Dr. in Bolingbrook, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of N. Independence.

Feb. 3

Christina Bennefield, 26, of the 800 block of Summit Creek Dr. in Shorewood, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of S. Weber Rd.

Feb. 6

Gabriela Aguinaga-Martinez, 23, of the 2900 block of Frank Turk Dr. in Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, illegal transport of alcohol, obstructing justice, improper lane use, in-state warrant, possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment. The arrest occurred at 135th West of Arsenal.

Feb. 7

Ruben Ochoa-Cruz, 20, of the 500 block of N. William in Joliet, was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and improper lighting. The arrest occurred at Taylor Rd and Southcreek.

Feb. 8

Elliot Armstrong, 26, of the 11500 block in Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no insurance. The arrest occurred at Taylor Rd. and Troxel Ave.
