Romeoville Annexes 80 Acres for New Developments

The Village Board approved the annexation, zoning and final development plan proposed by Airport Road Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Panattoni Development Company for new construction and road extension.

The development will include a 723,200 square foot building/warehouse building on the 80-acre property south of Airport Road, formerly known as Mostyn Farm. A future building of approximately 400,000 square feet is also shown for the property. The extension of Pinnacle Road, south of Airport Road is also part of this project.

“The annexation will allow for the extension of Pinnacle Drive, which is an integral part of the project as this will provide an alternate north-south thoroughfare, which will eventually connect to Renwick,” said Mayor John Noak.
