Romeoville Blotter: Man Fails to Register as Sex Offender
Incidents occurred between Aug. 11 and Sept. 1.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
Aug. 11
Ruth Kubistal, 47, of the 400 block of Julia Dr. in Romeoville, was charged with retail theft.

Aug. 20
A retail theft was reported in the 300 block of South Weber Rd. Several cameras and a GPS were taken by three females that entered the store. Total value of the items that were taken is $2,569.92.

Aug. 26
Ryan Sola, 28, of the 180 block of Cannon Ct. in Schaumburg, was charged with driving while license suspended, failure to register as a sex offender, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to reduce to speed.
Aug. 27
Kevin Reed, 25, of the 1200 block of Demmond St. in Joliet, was charged with retail theft and obstructing justice.
Aug. 28
A criminal damage and criminal trespass to property was reported in the 100 block of North Independence. Someone cut two holes in fences that surround the property. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $200.
Aug. 29
Alejandro Cisneros, 30, of the 0-100 block of Chelton Rd. in Romeoville, was charged with disorderly conduct and taken in for an in-state warrant.
Sept. 1
Paul Zoulek, 33, of the 10100 block of Knox Ct. in Oak Lawn, was charged with retail theft.
Ladonna New, 32, of the 10100 block of Knox Ct. in Oak Lawn, was charged with retail theft.
