Romeoville Blotter: Stolen Semi-Trailers, Shoplifter Cleans Store Out of Shampoo and Body Wash

Thieves hit a business in the 100 block of Anton Drive, stealing two semi-trailers sometime before 9:21 p.m.

One of the trailers contained $9,600 worth of truck tires. Both are valued at $6,000 each.

A shoplifter made off with $324.58 worth of shampoo, conditioner and body wash from a store in the 300 block of North independence.

A catalytic converter valued at $200 was stolen from vehicle parked in the 1400 block of Sherman Road sometime before 6:46 p.m.

Tires and rims were stolen from a yard in the 400 block of Macon sometime before 6:17 p.m. at a loss of $600.
