Romeoville Chamber Announces New President, CEO
Mary Kay Campbell most recently served as Executive Director of the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced the hiring of Mary Kay Campbell as the new Chamber CEO/President, according to a release from the Chamber.
Campbell will succeed interim CEO Dr. Judy Mitchell.
“This appointment is a testament to the Board's commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and long-term success,” RACC Board of Directors Chairperson, Dr. Yolanda Farmer, said in a release. “We are embarking on an exciting chapter driven by the dynamic leadership of a strong, innovative, and forward-thinking CEO/President, ready to reimagine and redefine the Romeoville Area Chamber of Commerce. We are excited and look forward to Campbell’s leadership.”

Campbell has six years of experience leading a Chamber of Commerce, recently serving as Executive Director of the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce, and previously the Executive Director of the Lockport Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber said.
She also worked for Will County in a variety of positions.

“I’m honored to be selected to serve in the role of CEO/President of the Romeoville Area Chamber of Commerce,” Campbell said in a release. “My priority is to expand the scope of the Chamber, while continuing to support the needs of the current members. At the forefront, I will be developing educational/training forums and addressing workforce issues coupled with enhancing member benefits. I look forward to working with the board on a strategic plan to promote Romeoville and its business community.”
Campbell has been a Will County resident for 25 years and has three children.
