Romeoville Hiring Summer Day Camp Counselors

ROMEOVILLE, IL — As temperatures start to warm and summer approaches, the Romeoville Recreation Department is looking for staff for this summer's day camps.

Day camp counselors are needed from May 22 to Aug. 11, and hours vary between 6:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. with up to 38 hours per week, according to the Village's Facebook.

Pay is $14 an hour, and available positions include full-day camp counselors, part-time camp counselors and before and after day camp counselors.

According to the Village website, counselors will be responsible for organizing and implementing activities for day camp participants, and must be able to work mainly outdoors, stay active and be on your feet.
