Romeoville Hosts Four Park Parties This Summer

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The annual Park Parties events will return to Romeoville for summer, with one party planned each month in May, June, July and September.

Each Park Parties event features inflatables, music, games, food and more, according to the Village. Hot dogs, chips and a drink are provided for the first 300 attendees (provided by the Hampton Park Social Athletic Club).

Here's when the parties are scheduled (each one runs from 5 to 7 p.m.):

• May 19, Murphy Park, 11 Montose Drive. Route 66 Centennial Celebration theme.
• June 16, Wesglen Park, 120 S. Wesglen Parkway. A Touch of Magic theme.
• July 21, Sunset Park, 1729 Murphy Drive. Co-op Park Party with Lockport Township Park District.
• Sept. 8, Field Stone Park, 2019 W. Ashbrooke Road. Community Day of Play with Plainfield Park District.
