A 49-year-old Romeoville man was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and indecent solicitation of a child after a teenager made contact with him on an online dating site.
Joseph Mapleton faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted, according to a report from the Daily Herald.
The teenager allegedly contacted Mapleton May 3 and agreed to perform a sexual act for $50, according to the report. They continued to message each other and a romantic relationship ensued.

Mapleton then allegedly arranged for the teen and another girl to perform sex acts for a man for pay.
Mapleton was booked into the Cook County Jail Jan. 29, according to online court records.
