Romeoville Provides Water Bill Rebate for 9th Consecutive Year

For the 9th year in a row, the Village of Romeoville will be providing a water bill rebate to its residents.

For the 9th year in a row, the Village of Romeoville will be providing a water bill rebate to its residents. The credit will appear on the January 2020 residential water and sewer bills. Over the last 9 years of rebates together, more than $1.30 million has been given back to the community.

“We’re pleased to be able to continue offering this rebate,” said Mayor John Noak.

The Water Bill Relief program applies to single family housing units located within the village’s corporate limits and also excludes any second meters such as irrigation meters and sewer only accounts. It does not apply to commercial or industrial accounts and the credit will not be paid out in cash but will remain on the account to apply against future water charges if applicable.
