Romeoville Splash Pads Close For The Season

ROMEOVILLE, IL — All three splash pads in Romeoville are now closed for the season, the Village shared on its Facebook.

Romeoville has three splash pads, one at Boucher Prairie, 1649 Richfield Trail, one at Volunteer Park, 1100 Murphy Drive, and the newly-opened Romeoville splash park at 630 Townhall Drive.

The Village said the splash pads will reopen on Memorial Day 2024.

The newest splash pad on Townhall Drive just opened in August. The 2,600-square-foot splash pad has over 50 spray features for all ages. There is also seating and shade areas, as well as four outdoor bathrooms with changing rooms and showers.

Romeoville's new indoor aquatic center remains open during the winter season.
